I Need to Reschedule / Cancel my appointment?
I’m sorry to hear that you can’t make your appointment with us, don’t worry you can always manage your appointment anytime.
To manage your existing appointment.
Note: If you don’t know your account, please, check one of the FAQ items we have called ‘What are my Account Details?’.
First, please do Sign-in your account.

Second, once you are logged-in to Customer Panel;
You may now choose your options to Reschedule or Cancel your specific. appointment.

To Reschedule: By default you current appointment date time is selected. Choose your new booking date and time, then click ‘Reschedule’ button.

To Cancel: Choose your new booking status – ‘Cancel, Pending or Approve’ , and then click ‘Save’ button.

What are my account Details?
We are sorry that you are having trouble accessing your account, don’t worry we have you covered.
We sent you an email a while back with your Account Details. The email subject is ‘Your account details on FADE ZONE Barbers‘.
But if for some reason you can’t find the email anymore. Please check one of the FAQ item, called ‘Forgot my password?‘ to request a password reset.
Forgot my password?
Trying to remember all the password is tricky enough, so we have an easy solution to request a password reset for you.
From the Sign-in page, please click the ‘Lost your Password?‘ link from the bottom of the page.

And request a password reset using your email address.

Then the system will send you an email with the link to where you can update your password.
How to change my password?
We tried our system more friendly and easy to use, so you can manage you account anytime.
Note: If you don’t know your account, please, check one of the FAQ items we have called ‘What are my Account Details?’.
First, please do Sign-in your account.

Second, once you are logged-in to Customer Panel;
From the navigation, please click ‘Change password‘. Then fill up the form with your old and new password and click the ‘Change Password’ button to save it.

Note: If for some reason after clicking the button there’s no notification appears, don’t worry everything is saved, so you can use your new password on next time you sign in.
Do I need to register first to book an appointment?
You don’t have to, the system will detect your email address and determine if you are;
Existing User: If you are an existing user, your new booking will be added to your account.
New User: If you don’t have an account with us yet, the system will automatically create your new account and send your Account Details in an email.
